Currently between roles. Taking some time to look into ML training systems, an area I've been curious about for a while. Reading, running experiments, writing notes. Not sure yet where it goes.

Before this, twenty years building networking and distributed systems software — most recently as Director of Engineering at Juniper Networks (via the Apstra acquisition). Earlier roles at Arista Networks and Cisco Systems.
